We challenge you to find anyone more experienced in the country--not just at teaching, but actual hands-on experience as well. Our instructors have deployed several hundred McAfee engagements and have deployed several million McAfee nodes.  We bring real-world field experience, how-to’s that actually work, and guidelines on how to avoid the mistakes most administrators make. As with any class you're considering, you should always know your instructor.  We strongly recommend, before you take ANY McAfee training, that you make sure you know who the instructor will be.  Test drive their experience for yourself.  Trust us – you DON’T want someone teaching who hasn’t had serious field experience.

Access

The question is not a matter of IF, but WHEN you will need to update yourself on key learning modules.  Most are familiar with this common situation: you find yourself needing the material from the second half of Day 3, but it's four months after you've taken the class. 

You may choose to upgrade your Bootcamp experience to:

  • Include a full 12-Month ePO Learning Pass ($1200 separately), 12-Month VirusScan Learning Pass ($600 separately), and 12-Month Host IPS Learning Pass ($800 separately). (What is a Learning Pass?) This gives you access, for an ENTIRE YEAR, to unlimited, live, online classes, forum support, class recordings, and access to new curriculum addressing McAfee updates

and

  • Include recordings of all bootcamp sessions for post-classroom review

You may receive access to the Independent McAfee User Group (IM-UG) training sessions at www.iqvelocity.com/mcafeeanswers, where the most relevant new topics are discussed.

Free ePO Health Check

There's no reason to get caught with a future performance issue or security nightmare that could be blamed on poor McAfee ePO configuration settings, especially when you can spend as little as one hour to understand how to fix known or hidden issues with your settings.  

Every organization that sends a student(s) to the McAfee ePO Bootcamp will receive a free, one-hour ePO Health Check.

This one-hour session applies the wisdom gained from hundreds of engagements from the field right to your desktop.  Discover and solve any of your current technical issues, get a handle on your ePO migration readiness state, or simply use the time for a post-ePO-upgrade sanity check.

Each student will be presented with the following materials and resources to be used and referenced throughout the course:

  • A desktop system that will act as a live client to the ePO server.  Each student will work in a separate network
  • Two VMWare servers. One is an SQL Server and one is an ePO Server.
  • Class materials will be provided, such as material and test prep guide.

In many cases, these services are private labeled by the McAfee channel community.
