IQVelocity Terms & Conditions

Return Policy/Cancellation.  FOR CONSULTING SERVICES:  all custom services delivered by IQVelocity are considered final and subject to the Warranty clause in this agreement.   FOR ANNUAL LEARNING PASSES OR INDIVIDUAL VIRTUAL CLASS SEATS:  Students have three (3) business days after purchase to cancel without incurring any fees.  After that, if students are unable to make the registered and purchased class, students are given the option to attend a substitute offering of equal value and quality.  If IQVelocity has to cancel a class, classroom or virtual, due to marketplace conditions or other reasons beyond its control (Force Majeure), IQVelocity is obligated to provide student with the option to attend a substitute future offering of equal value and quality.  Cancellation from either party does not relieve customer payment obligations.  Customers who miss or cancel their reservations under an IQVelocity Learning Pass are able to re-register for future live classes, within their subscription period, under the then current published Learning Pass criteria and schedule.   All cancellation notifications, for any reason should be immediately emailed to university@iqvelocity.com.  Any student substitutions must be done so in writing at least 30 business days prior to the start date of the class.  FOR TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM-BOOTCAMP SEATS: The following cancellation policy shall apply to traditional classroom or boot camp trainings conducted by IQVelocity:
1. If written notice is received at least thirty (30) business days in advance of the class, the Customer is entitled to a credit that must be used for training offered by IQVelocity within six (6) months of the date of the original class. Failure to provide written notice at least thirty (30) business days in advance of the class obligates the Customer to make payment for the full price of the class. Enrollment cancelled within thirty (30) business days of the scheduled delivery of any class is subject to a penalty fee, up to fee charged for the class. 2. For all training, any cancellation notice must be emailed to University@IQVelocity.com  no less than thirty (30) business days in advance of the class start date. IQVelocity is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the email notice.  3. IQVelocity reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event a training class is cancelled or rescheduled by IQVelocity, the Customer is entitled to a full credit that may be applied to a future date. IQVelocity shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.  4. If a training class is cancelled by IQVelocity due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within six (6) months of the date of the original class for another class offered by IQVelocity. If IQVelocity cancels a training class for any other reason, the Customer is entitled to a full credit. IQVelocity shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.  FOR PRODUCTS, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR OTHER:  IQVelocity will accept return of products furnished to Customer, provided (1)Customer notifies IQVelocity in writing that Customer wishes to return the product, (2)IQVelocity receives authorization from the manufacturer, if applicable, of the product to be returned for the product to be returned to the manufacturer, (3) IQVelocity notifies Customer in writing that return of the product is authorized, and (4) Customer ships the product to the destination at Customer’s expense. Customer has full risk of loss of the product until it has been accepted at the destination. IQVelocity has no obligation to accept returned products unless the manufacturer of the product authorizes return of the product to the manufacturer. Notwithstanding authorization for return, Customer is not relieved of its obligation to pay for the product as provided in the clause Price and Payment. When IQVelocity receives the refund from the manufacturer, IQVelocity will credit Customer’s account with the purchase price stated in the original QUOTATION. Customer remains liable for any interest or other charges. If the credit results in an amount due Customer, IQVelocity will refund the amount to the Customer within thirty days.
